In July 2024, LCANZ launched the LCANZ-certified individual development program. A program that builds capability through participants implementing business improvements. Built on learnings from LCANZ-affiliated Lean Construction organisations across the globe, this is now the best way to build your lean capability while delivering productivity improvements.
The program aligns with ISO18404, the international lean standard to demonstrate lean competence for both individuals and organisations. This allows us all to consistently build a sustained culture of continuous improvement.
The program is led by these passionate lean experts from academia, construction, design, consulting, and government.
How it works
After an initial introduction to lean basics, the program is led by the needs of the individual and their organisation. Instructors support participants in tackling their challenges and opportunities through implementing lean principals and methods. The outcomes and learnings from improvement initiatives will be used to verify the achievement of competencies and celebrate the value created.
