Lean Construction ANZ Annual General Meeting 2020

Notice is hereby given that Lean Construction Australia and New Zealand (LCANZ) will convene its 1st Annual General Meeting on Thursday 15 October 2020 at 2:30pm – 3:00pm AEDT via Microsoft Teams Live Event.

All LCANZ Members are invited to attend.

The business of the annual general meeting will include:
Chairperson Report
Financial Statements
Elections of Directors
Other Business

Director Elections
As per the Constitution, a third of the current Directors will retire and are eligible for re-election. Directors Timothy Odokeychuk, Mike Ford and Ken Panitz are retiring. There are five Director positions to be filled via an election at this AGM. The Director elections will be based on the highest number of votes per candidate and will be conducted via online polling or Voting Form.

A person may nominate to become a Board Director if they are a current LCANZ member and eligible to be a director under the Corporations Act. Nomination Forms should be submitted to office@leanconstructionanz.org by 5:00pm AEDT Wednesday 30 September.

Additional meeting papers including Voting Form will be circulated shortly.

All current LCANZ Members have the right to appoint proxies to exercise all or any of their rights to attend, speak and vote. If a member appoints a proxy, the proxy does not need to be an LCANZ member.

LCANZ Members should return any Proxy and/or Voting Forms or advise if you would like to be recorded as an apology by 5:00pm AEDT Tuesday 13 October. 

Questions should be directed to the LCANZ Secretariat office@leanconstructionanz.org. At the annual general meeting, the chairperson will give members as a whole an opportunity at the meeting to ask questions or make comments about the management of the company.
