Presenter Profile
Peter is an MEP delivery leader and has an Engineering Doctorate in Lean Construction. With over 40 years in the Construction Industry, Peter has delivered a wide variety of projects across various sectors both in the UK and overseas, including Australia and the French speaking province of Quebec in Canada.
Peter is a professional and highly motivated engineer, project leader and lean construction practitioner
(and consultant) with a track record of achievement across a portfolio of large, complex multi-discipline within the building, civil engineering and transportation sectors, and has led numerous Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) projects from bid stage to successful handover. Peter’s passion is to share and apply the knowledge he’s gained and contributed to lean principles and methodologies to the projects he delivers, to drive efficiencies in cost, labour and productivity, and to improve current health and safety performance, thus transforming the way we construct. As such, in 2017, Peter decided to build his own specialist consultancy business to widen the application of lean thinking into MEP project delivery.
