Kerstin has a great background in Lean with experience in leading change management and innovation projects across a variety of industries. In her presentation, she will give you an introduction to the why & what of innovation. We operate in a forever changing environment where success depends on the ability to stay relevant. It is critical to understand that what we did yesterday will not be sufficient for tomorrow. From this, innovation has appeared as a buzz word, claimed to be utilized unanimously across the sector and beyond.

But what do we really mean with innovation and do we know how to harness it?

We will be looking at innovation types and models and explore how these can be applied. You will also be provided with some hands-on tools for facilitating innovation workshops which you can put into practice directly after the session.
