Training, Coaching and Supporting our Lean Advocates

Claire is one of the new breed of Lean practitioners bringing experience of Lean tools and techniques from outside of the construction industry.  Utilising her manufacturing background she is helping to shape the Lean culture within Amey Consulting. She is a strong believer that having a culture of continuous improvement and a network of advocates to spread the message is one of the key foundations we all need to get right.

This session will be about how Amey have developed training and coaching to nurture and grow its Lean advocacy. She will talk about how they have upskilled their workforce and enabled them to continue delivering projects and creating efficiencies within their day to day roles.  She will also discuss the ongoing support provided which has developed into a support network for the community and provided a platform for the sharing of tools, ideas and techniques across their teams and projects.
