LCANZ Victoria CoP: Value Stream Mapping (VSM) at SEPA

Join us on Thursday 09 June for another Victoria Lean Construction ANZ CoP event. 

This time our Victoria council member Nicole Sambrook-Dixon will be talking about Value Stream Mapping.

Value Stream Mapping is a lean tool widely used in manufacturing sector to analyse a flow of information to generate maximum value to the customer. South Eastern Program Alliance (SEPA) have adapted the tool using a ‘sophisticated simplicity’ approach to introduce lean mindset into the construction industry and embed lean methodology into their way of working.
