VIC CoP: What is the Last Planner System?

For the uninitiated and curious project leaders out there, this presentation will provide an overview of the Last Planner® System (LPS) and its role in enabling consistent and profitable projects. It begins with the background, followed by key case studies from across the globe, highlighting the evolution and success of LPS over the years.

The presentation will discuss why key clients, both globally and now locally, are mandating LPS on their projects, and why many of the worlds most trusted and profitable contractors are using LPS on all their project while continuing to build their project production management capabilities.

We will then go through what you need to know about the system and how you can go about implementing it on your projects.
